MBM Logistics, Inc. ("MBM Logistics," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS/text messaging program to send operational and informational messages to drivers, employees, and authorized contacts. Messages may include dispatch communications, DOT compliance reminders, inspection notifications, benefits enrollment deadlines, scheduling updates, and other routine business communications related to your role or relationship with MBM Logistics.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from MBM Logistics in either of the following ways:

  • Web: By submitting your mobile phone number through the contact form at https://www.mbmlogistics.com/contact and checking the "I consent" box adjacent to the SMS disclosure.

  • Verbal: By verbally consenting during a phone conversation with an authorized MBM Logistics staff member after the staff member has read the required disclosures aloud.

Message frequency varies based on operational needs and your role with MBM Logistics.

5. How to Opt Out

You must be at least 18 years of age and the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide in order to opt in to MBM Logistics SMS messaging.

11. Changes to These Terms

MBM Logistics may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
